Bayer Sells Dr. Scholl’s

Bayer has sold Dr. Scholl’s to Yellow Wood Partners for $585 million. The iconic brand has a 110 year heritage with unmatched brand equity in the foot care category and the No. 1 sales position in the most attractive segments.
